Listen Dream and Think opened in 2002 as a Vision I had to Empower young Women and teen girls. Thankful to their parents and grandparents who allowed me to speak words of wisdom into their daughters and granddaughters. I recognized that it took mentors to help me grow into who I am now. Thank you Mattie Hines Thompson, William Coleman,Thaddeus Winston, Stella Spicer-Davis,Doris F. Mosley and Charles Lawrence for your mentoring me Spiritually, Academically and Emotionally. I believe the young ladies I’ve mentored have grown into successful entrepreneurs and empowered women

Listen Dream and Think Inc. Celebrating 17 years of Service. Listen Dream and Think Inc. mentored at Sunburst Youth Academy, St Odilia Middle School, Duke Ellington Alternative Schools, Empowerment Workshops In homeless shelters. Sephora Makeup classes for Teens, Back to school events for foster youth and mentoring for all. Thank you Compton, South Los Angeles, Valley Village, North Hollywood, Koreatown, Santa Monica and Orange Country for your help in making our Dreams come true.

MISSION STATEMENT

Listen Dream and Think Inc., will develop a proactive and collaborative multi-community approach to help communities empower young adults, youth and teen through alleviating illiteracy and drug and alcohol abuse. Mentoring and counseling for career and entrepreneurial training will be the basis for our programs in Southern California area communities.

COMMUNITY SERVICES

Listen Dream and Think Inc., has been essential with social issues with adults, youth and teens that need assistance with Job Readiness,and Entrepreneurial Training. We also offer Resume Building which enables them to get an interview or create the perfect career through entrepreneurial training.We help build positive attitudes that allows clients a chance in neighborhoods throughout Los Angeles, Compton, Watts and North Hollywood CA.

The Beyond Shelter

Listen Dream and Think Inc. collaborated with a local non-profit to make-over women at their homeless shelter. To empower homeless women for their productivity is a big part of what Listen Dream and Think Inc.does . Making them available for job interviews is a way of empowering the ladies, Lane Bryant and Smash Box Cosmetics

also volunteered and helped the women in the homeless shelter.
